Looking for a proactive and well-presented HR / Personal Assistant to support management and handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a good personality, be switched on, and
bring 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist management with day-to-day administrative and PA tasks.
– Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
– Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
– Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate calendars.
– Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
– 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant / PA / Admin.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Smart, professional, and switched-on personality.
– Preference for candidates based in Sharjah.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
