Looking for an experienced Business Setup Advisor with UAE experience in company formation and business setup services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
– Advise clients on UAE company formation and business setup
– Understand client requirements and recommend suitable mainland, free zone and other UAE business setup options
– Explain licensing, company formation and related business setup procedures
– Handle clients from initial consultation through completion of the setup process
– Prepare quotations, proposals and required documentation
– Follow up with business setup enquiries and convert qualified leads into clients
– Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities for smooth processing
– Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide appropriate follow-up
– Stay updated on UAE business setup procedures, licensing requirements and applicable processes
Requirements
– 1–10 years of experience specifically in UAE Business Setup / Company Formation / Business Consultancy
– Hands-on experience handling UAE company formation clients
– Good knowledge of **Mainland, Free Zone and UAE business setup procedures**
– Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate setup solutions
– Strong knowledge of business setup documentation and processes
– Excellent English communication and client-handling skills
– Strong negotiation and consultation skills
– Confident, proactive and target-oriented
– Own visa preferred
