Job Position – HR Recruiter

Fixed salary up to AED 7,000
About Us:
MVP Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai, focused on building a high-performing team of property consultants and support staff. We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who can help us scale our team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Property Consultants, Admins, etc.)
– Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Indeed, and other platforms
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
– Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Requirements:
– 1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate hiring mandatory)
– Strong sourcing and screening skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Familiarity with UAE job market is a plus
