Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles across departments.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and analytics.
-Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
-Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
-Candidates currently in Dubai or willing to relocate are preferred.
