Job Position – HR Specialist

Position Overview:
To manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role is essential in supporting our company’s operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
– Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and promote engagement.
– Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and maintain HR records.
– Training & Development: Identify training needs, facilitate onboarding, and monitor program effectiveness.
– HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals.
– Performance Management: Support appraisals and performance improvement plans.
– HR Administration: Handle payroll support, leave management, and benefits administration.
– Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR strategies and projects.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of labour laws, communication, and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in ERP software and English; Arabic is a plus.
