Job Position – HSE Officer
Company Name – Jenny Flowers International LLC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across all sites
– Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
– Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site teams
– Ensure correct use of PPE and safe handling of tools, machinery, and chemicals
– Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
– Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation in line with UAE regulations
– Coordinate with municipality and regulatory authorities on compliance requirements
– Promote a proactive safety culture across landscaping, logistics, and event teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
– NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA certification required
– 2 to 4 years of HSE experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or facilities management
– Sound knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and municipality requirements
– Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
