Job Position – Human Resources Administrative Officer
Company Name – IDL Logistics
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Administrative Officer will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, updating internal databases, scheduling interviews, assisting with new employee orientation, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Renewal of employee visa’s in free zone as well as Land company’s.
Renewal of Company’s Trade License’s in free zone as well as Land company’s.
Obtaining Operational Fitness Certificate and awareness of OHSE norms of JAFZA and Dubai South.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
2+ years of experience in HR administration
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Ability to handle pressure well
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Salary Offered is AED 4500/-. with benefits.
