Hiring Human Resources Coordinator for a reputed client based in Dubai.
Key Job responsibilities
· Onboarding Process- as a HR Coordinator you would be responsible for complete HR administrative tasks and handling entire employee life cycle.
· Leave Management
· Payroll Management
· Visa Process Management
· Employee Relations
· Support in engagement activities for the staff and handle social media accounts
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Competencies and Requirements
. 2- 3 years of experience.
· Excellent communication skills advanced knowledge on Excel and MS PowerPoint.
. Experienced of serving a large employee count
. Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors
.Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
