Job Position – HVAC Technician

To join Facilities Management (FM) team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, FCUs, and AHUs
-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform corrective actions
-Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure energy-efficient operations
-Monitor and adjust HVAC systems to ensure proper environmental conditions
-Follow FM standards, health, and safety procedures at all times
-Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly
Requirements:
-3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (FM sector preferred)
-Good knowledge of central AC systems, chillers, ventilation, and air balancing
-Diploma/ITI certification in HVAC or related field
-Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
-Physically fit and able to work in various conditions
