INBOUND SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordinating with the division for missing LPO or EAN. Al local PO to be scanned and sent to division.
2. GR entry creation.
3. Container placement.
4. Collection coordination – FCL from Jebel Ali / Empty Container return.
5. E-Gate Pass.
6. Vendor / Supplier invoice checking.
7. FCL monitoring and tracking from port.
8. Ensure zero demurrage
9. Document handover to export team for BOE creation
10. Unloading material from containers / trucks.
11. Model wise segregation.
12. EAN scanning and validation of correct item.
13. Select right HU/storage location and generate the putaway TO (Transfer Order).
14. Handover items in the buffer
15. Ensure all putaway generated are confirmed the same day.
16. Coordinate with the inventory team for bulk item receiving.
17. Warehouse Space creation/optimization in free time.
18. Ensure all putaway created and confirmed against all GR same day.
19. ERP / WMS experience mandatory
20. All round experience in inventory management, outbound management, E-Commerce, fleet Management will be preferred
21. Forklift operator management
