Job Summary:
Assisting with the day to day management of all hardware and software installed for both hotels and the staff accommodations.
To ensure all computer systems are working according to the specific standards and provide immediate support to staff and guest as required.
Communicate all IT related issues to the IT Management and the team whilst assisting all In-house and Conference guest who need IT support.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in handling Application Software, preferably in a Hospitality business environment
- Knowledge in Network Systems standards
- Basic knowledge in Web applications
- Knowledge in Basic Software and Hardware troubleshooting
