Job Position – Insurance cum Admin Manager

Group Company – Al Zahrawi & Al Oraibi Hospital
Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree
Experience – Minimum 5 years of Experience as an Insurance Manager in a hospital setting in the UAE is must.
Other pre-requisites – Candidates with a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
Role-
-The incumbent will lead the insurance teams of hospitals.
-Shall have major KPIs to manage insurance portfolio of hospitals.
-Manage the end-to-end medical insurance process for outpatient and inpatient services.
-Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients for empanelment, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing relationship management.
-Ensure timely submission and follow-up of pre-authorizations, approvals, and claims.
-Monitor claim rejections and coordinate with departments to minimize denials.
-Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective actions to improve claim acceptance rates.
-Ensure compliance with insurance policies, billing guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
-Resolve insurance-related patient concerns and escalations.
-Monitor outstanding insurance receivables and collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely collections.
-Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital.
-Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, inspections, and renewals.
-Supervise administrative staff and monitor departmental performance.
