Job Position – Interior Designer
Company Name – Eire Gulf
With a passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong proficiency in ZWCAD and other design software, and proven experience within the interior fit-out industry.
Design & Technical Documentation
– Prepare design documents, shop drawings, specifications, and construction drawings.
– Prepare authority and client approval drawings.
– Develop drawings covering materials, finishes, joinery, and loose furniture.
– Scrutinize tender drawings, documents, and requirements to prepare proposals and RFIs.
Design Coordination
– Coordinate with MEP, IT, Structural, AV consultants, and other technical teams.
– Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to source suitable materials and obtain samples for approval.
– Evaluate materials, finishes, costs, and specifications to meet project requirements.
Project Delivery
– Manage RAMS and other project-related documentation.
– Prepare project trackers, weekly progress reports, and meeting minutes.
– Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, Project Managers, and clients.
– Manage projects through all design phases, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience
-Strong proficiency in ZWCAD and other relevant design software
-Experience within the interior fit-out industry
-Excellent technical drawing, coordination, and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
