Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
Experience:
3+ years of experience in internal communications
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with a variety of communications channels, such as email, intranet, social media, and employee events.
Ability to develop and implement creative communication campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience managing and maintaining internal communications tools and platforms.
Experience with employee engagement and culture change initiatives.
Experience with data analysis and reporting
The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the internal communications strategy for our organization. This includes creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company’s culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal communications principles and practices, as well as experience in a variety of communications channels, such as email, intranet, social media, and employee events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the internal communications strategy, aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
Create and deliver compelling content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as email, intranet, social media, and employee events.
Manage and maintain the organization’s internal communications tools and platforms.
Work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications programs and initiatives
