Job Position – Inventory Analyst Intern

Hiring for a detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in understanding how inventory, operations, procurement, production, and finance work together?
Hiring for an Inventory Analyst Intern to join team and gain hands-on experience in inventory control, process improvement, data management, and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
-Review inventory processes from material receipt to issuance, consumption, returns, and adjustments
-Identify gaps in inventory processes, documentation, and data management
-Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Production, Finance, and other teams to ensure inventory movements are accurately recorded
-Support inventory reconciliations and physical stock verification
-Investigate discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions
-Support inventory procedures and internal controls
-Improve inventory data management and reporting accuracy
-Identify recurring process gaps and help drive corrective actions
What we’re looking for:
-Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
-Understanding of inventory movements and basic process mapping
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Good coordination and follow-up skills
-Ability to question inconsistencies and investigate issues
-Proactive mindset
