Job Position – Inventory Management Specialist
Company Name – PSI
Will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records for primary
projects, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of units
You will work closely with leading developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that inventory data is up-to-date and accessible in our CRM system
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with developers to get the primary projects inventory.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the company’s CRM system
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
Upload the primary projects inventory into our CRM system
Ensure that inventory data is accurately maintained and updated in real-time to enable quick and accurate responses to client requests and proposals
Generate reports detailing inventory by project, areas, and developers to provide insights for decision-making
Conduct regular inventory audits with developers to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Provide training and support to team members on inventory management processes and procedures
Regularly review and update inventory management procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with concerned parties from the developer to ensure accurate representation of real estate units in our inventory management system, including detailed specifications, floor plans, and unit availability status
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or any other related MIS
Experience:
5+ years of related work experience in the Technical/CRM support or related field
Previous Real Estate experience, preferably with a developer
Skills and Competencies:
Highly presentable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A consistent positive attitude
Clever and tech-savvy, with a background in IT or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in technology and systems
Ability to facilitate solutions in a fast paced, complex technology and dynamic real estate business environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Adept at solving technical problems and troubleshooting issues related to CRM systems and inventory management software
Fluent in Arabic and English is a must
