Job Position – IP Telephony Engineer

Availability- Immediate to 15 Days (Max)
Analysis and troubleshooting of LAN / WAN / Internet issues / Voice gateway and recommending probable solutions along with impact analysis.
• Cisco IP Telephony
• Voice gateway management and troubleshooting
• UC Server management and administration
• VMWARE basic knowledge and administration
• SIP trunking
• Call manager basic feature configurations
• IM&Presence administration
• Cisco Flex licensing model
• Contact center system administration
• UCCX scripting advanced and basic
• Database connection management
• Prompt management
• Calender management
• Cisco finesse administration and programing
• CUIC reporting tool with custom reporting
• Skill and queue managemnt
• Team creation and queue assignment
• Call recording solution knowledge and basic troubleshooting
• Social Minner for Chat application
• Contact center outbound system management
• Predictive IVR and agent-based campaign management
• Basic SQL knowledge
• ODBC connection and management Skill Set Required: (Mandate Skill Set)
• Should have hands-on experience of Licensing Architecture for CUCM/CUC/UCCX
• Should have worked on below:
• Call Routing (Route Patterns/ Route list/ Route Group), CSS & Partition, Hunt Group Details, Voice Gateway & PRI Information, Cisco Prime License Manger, Cisco Jabber Configuration & Login, CTI Route Points for UCCX Triggers, Overview of RMCM Subsystem ( Skills, Resources, Contact Service Queue, Teams), Call back and abandoned call back management, Call redirection fro IVR to external number, SIP Trunk Configuration in CUCM
• Should be able to co-ordinate with vendor and co-ordinate tasks and action
