Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Leo International Hrc
Location: Dubai
Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and troubleshoot network hardware (MikroTik routers, Unifi switches, Ruckus WiFi)
– Oversee unified communication systems (Cisco CUCM, IP Phones)
– Handle IT procurement, including Apple products and vendor management
– Implement security measures and conduct audits
– Provide desktop support and troubleshoot user issues
– Coordinate with service providers and manage smart office setups
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s in IT or related field (preferred)
-5-6 years of hands-on network and voice administration experience
-CCNP/CCNA or CompTIA Network+ (preferred)
-Strong security and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent communication skills & problem-solving ability
