Job Position – IT Administrator
Job Description
The position required: 1 ( experience and who will stay for long )
Location: Dubai
Salary : 3000-5000 Dhiram
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation or configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, and information systems.
-Applicable professional qualifications, such as Microsoft, Cisco certification.
-Strong knowledge in problem-solving desktop hardware and software problems and user-related problems.
-Strong knowledge of PC-related Hardware.
-Strong knowledge of Printers and network devices.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS including Windows 7, and 10 and Apple macOS
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive ? Working knowledge of Backup Solutions.
– Working knowledge of Antivirus solutions.
-Working knowledge of virtualization solutions Hyper-V.
-Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP phones and Android and iOS platforms.
-Working knowledge of video conferencing hardware and software. ? Working knowledge of Office 365.
