Qualifications & Experience
-Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
-6–10 years of relevant experience in catering operations.
-Candidates with experience in Catering Companies or Labour Accommodation Camps are preferred.
-Strong experience in managing large-scale food operations, kitchen teams, menu planning, food quality, and hygiene standards.
-Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
-Ability to manage catering operations efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with relevant experience in Catering Companies or Labour Accommodation Camps will be preferred.
