Key Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Collaborate with hotel departments to understand and address their IT needs.
-Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
-Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
-Conduct regular training sessions for hotel staff on IT best practices and procedures.
-Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an IT professional in the hotel industry.
-Strong knowledge of hotel operations and specific IT requirements in a hospitality setting.
-Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a definite advantage.
-Technical proficiency in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
