Job Position – IT Contract Specialist
Company Name – KBC Technologies
5-7 years of IT experience related to IT systems & services.
3+ years of direct experience in IT procurement & contracts
Responsible for all aspects of IT contract management including contract review, amendment, creation, and renewal.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to mediate contractual terms with vendors
(including framework agreements and consulting agreement), to ensure that all
interest are covered.
Conduct analysis on current contracts to identify potential risk and opportunities.
Support in the development and implementation of an efficient IT procurement process that
includes development of tender plans, preparation of tendering documents and presentation
to relevant approval committees.
Review funding expenditures and invoices for accuracy based on contract specifications, monitor cost portion of contracts and report overages and/or deviations to the supervisor responsible for that contract.
Assist in keeping the section up to date on all IT procurement and contractual activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate and accessible computerized copy filing systems. Resolves issues relative to IT procurements, solicitations, contract formats, schedules,
negotiations, awards, modifications, and amendments.
