Job Description

The IT Digital Transformation Analyst will work as an IT Business partner to support Treasury, Finance and controlling. Will be responsible for evaluating business process to identify opportunities and automation, searching for best practices and enhancements, and Manage all project from definition to closure.

Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluation of technologies and solutions, aiming to support and leverage the company’s business.
    • Influence and support the digital strategy through technology solutions.
    • Analyze business issues and requirements, balancing the often-competing needs for innovation and standardization/process harmonization, to develop/propose solutions.
    • Participate in system implementation projects such as requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
    • Partner with all stakeholders to define, design, configure, test, and implement solutions.
    • Follow up the implementation of scheduled changes and ensure availability of IT environments to not disrupt existing functionality on productive environments.
    • Ensure systems are compliant and exhibit in-depth knowledge in these end-to-end processes and capabilities within the system to address these business requirements.
    • Evaluate concurrent demands conflicts and drive best-in-class solutions for Business.
    • Create accurate estimations for enhancements and projects.

Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or similar

Desirable requirements

    • Business knowledge of Treasury, Financial reporting, and Accounting,
    • Expertise with Cloud tools, Integrations and SAP ECC, SAP Knowledge Management including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration, and administration of the application,
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English,
    • Feasibility of adopting new Cloud solutions, features and functionalities,
    • Should be Customer centric, achieve customer satisfaction and maintain proper perspective in all activities.
    • Desirable knowledge in Agile Methodology and participation in Agile projects.

Experience

    • 2 years SAP FI/CO/Treasury experience
    • 3 years Managing IT Projects
