Desktop Support //VDI Management
O365 management // Remote Management
Network Support (Level-1) // Ticketing Tool Management // Mobile Device Management
Asset management //Daily & Weekly reporting

In-depth knowledge in servers and basic network fundamentals.
In depth Knowledge on Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting
Building laptops with the latest updated office image file.
