Job Description:
Seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer -Cloud to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting Azure-related issues, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Office 365, and IT service management tools. o Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures
– Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support for issues related to Microsoft Azure or Cloud services (VMs, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, etc.)
– Monitor and manage Cloud /Azure-based environments for performance, reliability, and cost optimisation.
– Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support for issues. Handle service requests and incident tickets via ITSM tools.
– Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
– Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
– Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
