Job Position – IT Helpdesk Document Control Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Candidate should be in Doha with transferable visa.

Will play a critical role in supporting IT infrastructure, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Helpdesk:
Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new user accounts and workstations.
Document and track support requests using the IT service management system.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Document Control:
Manage and maintain electronic and paper documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Develop, implement, and oversee document control processes and procedures.
Ensure that all documents comply with internal and external standards and regulations.
Coordinate document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
Maintain version control and ensure that outdated documents are archived or disposed of properly.
ISO Compliance:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO management systems.
Ensure that IT practices and documentation adhere to ISO standards.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits related to ISO certification.
Develop and deliver training to staff on ISO-related procedures and best practices.
IT Hardware & Software:
Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Ensure that software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with vendor agreements.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software support.
Monitor and manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in IT helpdesk support, document control, and ISO compliance.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking principles.
Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
