Job Description:
Network & Security Infrastructure
Design and implement robust network infrastructure across head and branch offices. Administer FortiGate firewalls, establishing comprehensive security policies, NAT rules, and URL filtering. Implement and maintain secure VPN configurations. Manage core network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points. Optimize enterprise wireless infrastructure for high-density connectivity and enforce BYOD policies. Monitor network performance and bandwidth to ensure maximum reliability.
Systems & Server Management
Manage a hybrid Windows Domain ecosystem with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services for 100+ users. Administer high-availability 2-node NEC clusters with Fibre Channel SAN for critical SQL/ERP workloads, maintaining 99.98% uptime through automated patching. Engineer and enforce security standards and user permissions via Group Policy. Ensure 99.9% uptime for all servers and workstations through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Cloud, Collaboration & Backup Management
Configure and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online and Azure AD Connect synchronization. Manage enterprise email archiving and compliance using MailStore Server, automating ingestion from multiple sources. Design and maintain the Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure, achieving 99.98% success rates for VM backups and optimizing storage through deduplication.
Operations, Security & Support
Maintain endpoint security for 100+ agents via a centralized eScan antivirus platform, managing vulnerability scanning, patch deployment, and device control. Provide comprehensive end-user support and independently plan preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, support, and cost-effective sourcing. Maintain integrated facility systems including PABX, biometrics, and CCTV.
