Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, delivering training programs on diverse IT disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of software, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Cisco CCNA,PMP,ITIL,MSOFFICE,PYTHON,AI) are a plus.
