Job Position – IT Operations Project Manager

Experience: 10–12 years.
Looking for an experienced IT Operations Project Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical IT operations initiatives within a banking environment.
This role is focused on execution excellence, ensuring high availability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination across technology, business, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT operations projects (core banking, middleware, infrastructure, production support)
• Manage multi-vendor environments and enforce SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
• Oversee change, incident, and problem management aligned with ITIL and bank policies
• Ensure operational readiness, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization
• Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams (SAMA, NCA, internal policies)
• Drive automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Prepare executive-level reports, risk assessments, and decision papers
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10–12 years of experience in IT Operations & Project Management within banking or large financial institutions
• Strong experience managing production systems and operational environments
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Solid understanding of ITIL, incident/change management, and operational risk
Preferred:
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• ITIL certification
• Experience with core banking systems & enterprise infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
