Job Position – IT Project Manager

With B2B/B2C Applications Experience and Preferred Industry: 3PL, FMCG Whole Sale, Distribution and Retail, BRM along with Project Management Exp
Job Location: Dubai
The role entails overseeing project implementation, coordinating project activities, managing Benefits Realization Management (BRM), and facilitating project review meetings for all IT-related application projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Implementation within the timeline
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
Discussion with stakeholders and understand the requirements in detail level and create the scope of the work.
Resource management.
Coordination with vendor.
Task assignment and monitoring
Lead project delivery in other countries.
Design and create data tools to automate manual processes.
Ability to work under pressure.
Identify and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiencies in across the group.
They prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders to keep them informed about the project’s status and management as well.
Project coordinators maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards by performing quality checks and coordinating reviews.
Develop and maintain the benefits realization matrix plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Educational Qualifications:
The minimum a Master’s degree in IT sector. Basic knowledge of SAP module (Any Module).
