Job Position – IT Project Manager

Location: Jeddah, KSA (occasional travel to Makkah branch)
Are you an experienced IT leader ready to drive mission-critical projects to success?
We’re seeking an IT Project Manager (8+ years experience) — Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred — to lead strategic IT initiatives, ensure seamless delivery, and make a tangible impact in the healthcare domain.
What You’ll Do
– Lead end-to-end IT project delivery – scope, plan, budget, and execute.
– Motivate and guide cross-functional IT teams to meet goals.
– Serve as the primary link to stakeholders — ensure clear communication and alignment.
– Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
– Ensure quality, compliance (HIPAA, JCI), and cost efficiency.
– Drive continuous improvement through documentation and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
– 8+ years in IT project management with proven success in full project lifecycle.
– Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– PMP / PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
– Strong leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder management skills.
– Healthcare IT expertise is a plus.
– Knowledge of AI projects will be an added advantage.
– Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
