Job Position – IT Senior Operation Manager

With extensive experience in leading IT management roles.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience overseeing infrastructure and helpdesk functions, demonstrating a proven ability to manage large-scale IT infrastructures, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network architecture, data centers, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and server management. Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, VMware, Azure, and AWS.
Service Management: Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, SixSigma) to enhance helpdesk operations and process improvements.
Monitoring & Reliability: Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) to ensure system uptime and reliability in a hybrid environment.
Project Management: Proven track record in leading cloud integration and large-scale IT transformation projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, hashtag PRINCE2) and Agile practices (Certified ScrumMaster).
Managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
Leading infrastructure upgrades and Support system transformations.
