IT Service Delivery Manager Jobs in Qatar
Urgently required (Qatar)-IT Service Delivery Manager (Arabic Speaking mandatory)
· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 Years minimum experience in Service Delivery Management
· Build an intimate knowledge of the processes and activities to yield successful delivery of client services
· Develop full understanding of systems architecture with strong emphasis on business, data, applications, and integration architectures
· Understand and fulfill clients’ expectations by adhering to defined SLAs, fulfilling business outcomes, and respecting financial boundaries that govern service delivery
· Provide Managed Services for clients’ Endpoints, Applications, Systems, and Infrastructure hosted on-premise and Cloud
· Experience in Application, Systems Integration, and Infrastructure
· Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
· Team collaboration, multi-tasking, and working flexible hours
