Job Description

A proactive in information research in relation to system management and support solutions, with an advanced knowledge on ITIL processes such as incident
Management, problem-solving skills, and proven track in change and escalation
Management which is also verified through clients’ commendations.

Resolved and troubleshoot issues and requests from different clients through
ticketing systems (Service Desk and Jira applications

Manage and triage multiple incoming priorities effectively by understanding client
needs and meeting Service Level Agreements

Coordinate weekly with the leads to ensure that KPIs are continuously met

ITIL Process Knowledge
MIS Reporting
ITSM
