IT Service Desk Specialist

– Contract: 1-year Extendable depending on Performance.

Job Description:
– Provide day-to-day desktop support, such as identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues. Analyze and resolve or escalate data and voice system issues and requests.
– Utilize the electronic ticketing system IT to open, close, resolve, escalate, and track requests and activities.
– Configure and troubleshoot issues with applications
– Perform moves, adds, and changes using appropriate change management procedures and communications.

Salary: 5,500 – 6,000 AED.
