Job Position – IT Specialist
Company Name – J&T Express
Working Location: Riyadh
Handle CCTV/Internet requests from J&T internal staff from all branches in KSA.
Coordination with different suppliers and internal teams to provide the requested service to branches.
Daily IT helpdesk for HQ office.
Support employees with hardware and software problems.
ICT equipment maintenance Laptops, Printers, Wifi, CCTV etc.
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network and IT issues promptly and escalates to 2nd level if required.
Experience in troubleshooting Windows, MS Outlook, MS Teams etc.
Handle tasks assigned by IT supervisor/manager like Emails, SIM card handling etc.
Responsible, proactive, adaptable, flexible and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Available 24/7 through internal support platform and on-call Support.
Salary Range: 4000 – 6000 SAR./per month
