Job Position – IT Specialist

Job Description

– From inside Kuwait only
– Valid Transferable residency
– Bachelor’s degree

– Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve issues related to workstations, equipment, operating systems, networks, databases, hardware and software
– Develop strategies to increase efficiencies and workflows
– Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades
– Train users on how to properly navigate systems and equipment
– Collecting and backup the databases

Skills and qualifications:
– Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Keen attention to detail
– Good organization, time management and prioritization
– Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
– Strong knowledge of computer science
