Job Position – IT Support

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Respond to and resolve incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Provide user training and support on IT systems and applications.
Desktop Support: Manage desktop and laptop computer setups and configurations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, virus scans, and backups.
Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
Network Support: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Assist with network security measures.
Help Desk: Manage and maintain the help desk ticketing system.
Provide timely and accurate responses to support requests.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Update knowledge base articles with new information and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
