– IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
– Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
– Network Infrastructure & Cabling
– Microsoft 365 & Cloud Support
– Website (WordPress/CMS) Management
– User Account & IT Asset Management
– CCTV, Biometric & Access Control Support
Requirements:
– Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
– 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
– Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking, and basic HTML/CSS
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
