Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Al Jazeera International Catering
Location – Abu Dhabi
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field
– 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in the same field
– MCSA, CCNA, or similar certifications are an advantage
– Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, Access Points (AP), DNS, DynDNS, DHCP, VPN, IIS, NAS devices, and EPABX
– Experience working with Windows environments
– Familiarity with ERP systems and their relevant modules, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT support tools
– Experience in managing and uploading content in website / FTP
– Hands-on experience with FortiGate network firewalls, IT security, and endpoint management
– Immediate joiners preferred
