Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – SIBCA
Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
– CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
– Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
– Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory for travel to offices and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide end-user support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printers, and connectivity issues.
– Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, routers, and access points.
– Support Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, file servers, virtualization, backups, and system monitoring.
– Manage IT assets, software installations, security updates, user accounts, and service desk tickets.
