Job Position – IT Support Engineer

To provide IT support across UAE and KSA, with a strong focus on network administration, Active Directory, basic firewall configuration, and server maintenance. The role involves managing and troubleshooting networks, servers, and user systems across multiple UAE & KSA client sites to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and basic applications. • Assist in network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi), IP configuration, and connectivity testing .
• Support users with email configuration (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail).
• Coordinate with the senior IT team for escalated issues.
Skills Required
• Good understanding of computers, networks, and troubleshooting steps.
• Proficiency in English
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and Windows operating systems.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow in IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 year of experience (Fresh graduates can apply).
Work Environment
• Based in Dubai, with possible visits to client sites.
• Work under supervision of senior engineers and IT managers.
