Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Focus Infotech
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
Saudi Nationals Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide IT support to internal & external stakeholders
– Smart Hands support in the server room (rack installations, cabling, component replacement, etc.)
– Meeting room & virtual meeting tech support (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
– Assist in device refresh, upgrades, data backup & restore
– User onboarding/offboarding support & asset lifecycle management
– SNOW system ticketing, IT inventory, asset verification, reporting (Power BI)
– Support for network, mobile, telephone, and vulnerability management
What We’re Looking For:
– Hands-on experience with end-user IT support & infrastructure
– Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues
– Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., SNOW), Power BI, and asset management
– Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Saudi Nationals only
