Job Position – IT Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric approach, and fluency in both Arabic and English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal users across hardware, software, networks, and systems.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, email configurations (Microsoft 365/Exchange), and access rights.
4. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance.
5. Diagnose hardware and software faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
6. Respond to service tickets and requests in a timely and professional manner.
7. Assist in IT asset management, inventory, and documentation.
8. Support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
9. Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed and update antivirus/firewall tools as needed.
10. Collaborate with third-party vendors for IT-related services or warranty support.
11. Train users on new systems, applications, or technologies as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
4. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
5. Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
6. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA) are an advantage.
7. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
8. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
