Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Halian
12 Months | Onsite
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start: 1 month notice maximum (Immediate joiner will be given preference)
Contract: 12-month extendable
Key Requirements:
-Experience working in a corporate main office environment
-Hands-on experience with Service Desk operations and ServiceNow
-Proficiency in SCCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
-Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field
-Experience working with SD and ITSM teams
-Native Arabic Speakers preferred.
-Candidate must be based in UAE now.
What You’ll Do:
– Provide Level 2 technical support across various IT systems
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, applications, and infrastructure
– Collaborate with service desk and ITSM teams to ensure seamless support delivery
– Maintain and optimize system performance using SCCM and AD tools
