Job Position – IT Support – L1
Company Name – Flint International
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5,000 – 6,000 (Total Package)
Job Purpose
Provide efficient Level 1 / Level 2 end-user IT support, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide on-site and remote IT support (hardware, software, OS, email)
– Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, and peripherals
– Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and basic Active Directory tasks
– Handle incident tickets, user requests, and escalations within SLA
– Manage system access, password resets, and user onboarding/offboarding
– Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution
– Maintain IT support documentation and asset records
Required Skills & Experience
– 5+ years of hands-on end-user / desktop support experience
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / Microsoft 365, and basic networking
– Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)
– Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
– Ability to provide independent on-site support
