Looking for an experienced IT Support Operations Expert with strong English communication skills and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience, preferably within a government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day monitoring and support for all IT services and operations
– Handle support tickets via helpdesk and ensure resolution within SLA
– Manage Time Attendance systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Exchange Online)
– Deliver IT support for both internal and external events

Requirements:
– Fluent in Arabic and English
– Prior experience in UAE IT operations, especially within government sectors
– Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and user support
– Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
