Job Position – IT Support Specialist
Company Name – A A Consultancy
Beyond providing day-to-day IT support, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our blockchain infrastructure, overseeing marketplace listings by third parties within and outside UAE, coordinating with outsourced IT partners, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role also demands expertise in digital marketing, social media, and graphic design, making it a unique blend of technical and creative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide comprehensive IT support to all staff, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for Company’s IT Security management.
• Responsible for creating and implementing (if required) a disaster recovery programme and off-site back-up.
2. Blockchain Management:
• Oversee and manage the company’s blockchain-related activities.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and functionality of blockchain platforms.
• Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and recommend improvements as needed.
3. Marketplace Listings Oversight:
• Manage and monitor third-party marketplace listings in Dubai and other Jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal representation of our products/services.
4. Partner Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced IT service providers.
• Oversee the performance and delivery of IT partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
5. Staff Training:
• Train new staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
• Develop training materials and sessions to enhance team productivity.
6. Digital Marketing & Design:
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Handle social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles with a broad understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and marketplace platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital marketing or graphic design is a plus.
