Job Position – IT Support Staff

Join team to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure system reliability and security. Your role includes:
– Offering first-level technical support for end-users on hardware, software, and network matters.
– Assisting in workstation, server, and peripheral setup, configuration, and maintenance.
– Monitoring server performance and managing Active Directory and user accounts.
– Ensuring timely updates, antivirus checks, and system backups as per policy.
– Supporting clinical and administrative systems like EMR, PACS, ERP, and LIS.
– Coordinating with vendors for technical support and maintenance visits.
– Enforcing cybersecurity measures and providing on-site IT support for critical systems during procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science.
– Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
– Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and basic network setup.
– Familiarity with server monitoring tools, storage backup systems, and antivirus solutions.
– Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
