Job Position – IT Support Technician

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles within a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems, desktop management, and endpoint support.
• Prior experience collaborating with universities or other academic organizations is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceDesk or similar IT service management platforms.
• Sound understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security solutions.
•Basic understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT and business teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent hardware/network certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v4).
• Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Experience with ManageEngine suite (ServiceDesk Plus, Asset Explore, Endpoint Central). .
